Terms of Use
Last updated September 14, 2026
The rules for using the Off The Rails websites, plus how tickets, event details and venue policies work.
These terms apply to the websites run by Off The Rails, LLC ("Off The Rails", "we", "us"), including OTR Presents, Off The Rails Boston and Off The Rails Worcester. By using the sites you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites.
Event information
We work hard to keep show details accurate, but lineups, times, prices, age limits and availability can change, sometimes at short notice. The details on the ticketing partner's page and at the venue on the day take priority over our listings. Posters and artwork are for promotion and may not show the final lineup.
Tickets, refunds and entry
- Tickets are sold by our ticketing partners, such as TicketWeb and Ticketmaster, under their own terms. Refunds, exchanges, fees and transfers follow the partner's policy and the event organiser's decision.
- If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, the ticketing partner will tell ticket holders what happens next.
- Age limits shown on an event apply at the door. Bring a valid photo ID.
- Each location has its own house rules. We can refuse entry or remove anyone who puts others at risk or doesn't follow staff instructions.
Using our sites
You agree not to:
- Use the sites for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent.
- Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the sites or the systems behind them.
- Scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission.
- Send spam, abuse or anything you don't have the right to share through our forms.
