This policy covers the websites run by Off The Rails, LLC ("Off The Rails", "we", "us"): OTR Presents, Off The Rails Boston and Off The Rails Worcester, and any other Off The Rails location site. It explains what personal information we collect through these sites, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the topic, the location you pick and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Private events and booking inquiries: whatever details you choose to include, such as dates, group size or a budget.

- Cookies and similar technologies: a few are needed for the site to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them. Our Cookie Policy lists them.

Tickets are sold by our ticketing partners, such as TicketWeb and Ticketmaster, on their own websites. When you select Buy Tickets you leave our site, and the partner's own terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase. A partner may share limited details with us, such as your name and email address, to run the event.
