Accessibility
Last updated September 14, 2026
Our commitment to accessible websites and venues, and how to get help or tell us about a problem.
We want everyone to be able to find a show, get tickets and enjoy a night at Off The Rails, online and in person.
Our websites
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes:
- Pages that work with a keyboard and screen readers.
- Text alternatives for images, and show details written as text as well as on posters.
- Color contrast that keeps text readable.
- Respecting your device's reduced motion setting.
Some content comes from other companies, like ticketing partners and embedded media, and we can't always control how accessible it is. We keep testing and improving our sites.
At our locations
If you have questions about accessible entrances, seating, restrooms or bringing a support person or service animal, contact the location before your visit and we'll do our best to help. You'll find each location's details on our Contact page. For accessible ticketing options, also check with the ticketing partner for the show.
Tell us about a problem
If something on our sites is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll work on a fix and help you get the information you need in the meantime.
